At ThermOmegaTech, Inc., we offer printed circuit board (PCB) assembly services. Our general capabilities include prototypes, just-in-time and low-to-high volume production. We support various types of circuit boards such as surface mount, silver through-hole, multilayer, mixed technology, metal core insulated, flexible, etched, single-sided, double-sided and combined.

We utilize hand insertion, reflow, hand soldering, automated, point-to-point wiring, wave and selective solder assembly methods. Our circuit board features include fine line, flush surface, lead free, PCI and plug-in. Materials we work with include fiberglass, polyimide, polyester, phenolic, Kevlar®, Mylar®, Getek® and FR-4. We are well-equipped with stencil printers, multizone reflow ovens, overmolding, selective and wave solder systems.

With top-of-the-line equipment, we support part sizes up to 1200 mm in length and 460 mm in width. Additional services such as burn-in, wiring, rework, repair, potting, inspection, cutting, contract manufacturing, conformal coating, component programming and sourcing are also offered. Lead times are quoted on a job-by-job basis. Blanket orders are supported. Emergency and rush services are available. We are Kaizen/5S, yellow, green and black belt Six Sigma certified. Our efficiency allows us to provide lean manufacturing.

We comply with RoHS, AS9100D, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-WHMA-A-620, ANSI/ESD-S.20.20 and DDTC standards. Our clients come from a diverse range of industries including aerospace, agriculture, automotive, defense, chemical, electronics, electrical, energy, lighting, marine, medical, military, mining, nuclear, waste management, robotics, semiconductor, textile and transportation. We also have the capabilities to make products as per ASME, ASTM, AWS, CSA, FDA, ISO, NADCAP, QS, SAE, TS, UL and military standards.
